Verbal Consent Script
During phone consultations, the following is read to borrowers before any text messages are sent:
“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from PBT Bancorp regarding your mortgage inquiry. This may include loan status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and general follow-up communication. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.”
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
